Emily and Jamesen's Engagement session

Emily and Jamesen are getting married on Labor Day weekend and we recently spent an evening visiting some of their favorite spots in Burlington-- the beloved town where they met and fell in love!

Accompanied by their sweet canine babies, we started their portrait session where they first met, up on UVM campus.

It was fun to hear the couple reminisce about their early courtship and the parties and good times at school together.

I love this spot on campus and I use any excuse to photograph fun graffiti-- LIFE IS LOVE!!

Emily is going to be a beautiful bride!!!

One of Emily and Jamesen's favorite haunts has always been the Henry Street Deli and they said that their Engagement session couldn't be complete without stopping there for BLTs-- but it was closed! Oh well, it still made for cute pictures! These two can dress up any old bench!

Then, it was down to Church Street for a stroll and an ice cream cone from Lake Champlain Chocolates!

Our last location is one of my favorites, too- the rocks at Oakledge Beach. I turned around and Emily and Jamison were already in the water- so romantic!

It wasn't the summer's best sunset, but it was a beautiful evening and the breeze was perfect. I so enjoyed spending this time with Emily and Jamesen and just watching how sweet and loving they are together!

I cant wait to photograph the wedding and witness these two share their vows... If you'd like to see all of the pictures from Emily and Jamesen's wonderful stroll down memory lane, please click HERE ( but you'll have to get the password from the couple to enter the gallery).
