PCC User Conference 2014

Who would have thought that one of my favorite work weeks of the year would be covering a Users Conference for a pediatric office management software company. I know, right?

But my client, PCC (Physicians Computer Company), based in the Champlain Mill is, without a doubt, one of the coolest companies I’ve ever worked with and the staff is fun and smart and so great to be around.

SO, for the second straight year, I covered their 3-day Users Conference, where over 250 Pediatric Doctors, office managers, nurse practitioners, billing and schedulers gathered from all over the country to both network and to learn the latest in “EHR Solutions” and the PCC software programs that they use to run their practices.

This group seems more like a large extended family and PCC runs the yearly conference like a big Family Reunion.

And, While there were lots of education-based workshops and hands-on learning, there was also ALOT of laughing, playing, eating chocolate, socializing after classes and, of course, a mobile portrait studio, where I photographed most everyone over the three days.

A WAY fun night for all after Day 2 at The ECHO Center:

Now, I am sure that many of my blog followers who are reading this think that there is absolutely no reason to watch the following slideshow recapping this event, but It really is a ton of fun, especially the studio portraits (and, of course, the great music!) So, if you have 6-7 minutes to spare, enjoy the show (in flash, so not viewable on an iPad- sorry!)

If you’d like to see all of the pictures from the Conference, just follow this LINK (and contact the good folks at PCC for the password).
