I’m a bit behind on the 8-ball with this one, but on June 26, I shot the awesome Lund Family Center fundraiser at Higher Ground, featuring two great local bands, FUNK WAGON and, coincidentally, WAGON (sorry, cant find their website!). It was such a fun night and the Lund raised a hunk of money, so even better! The whole event was organized by Funk Wagon member and Harmonica extraordinaire Colin Cope, who works by day at Lund.
I’ve known Colin since I photographed his Bar Mitzvah 9 years ago (yes, I am feeling OLD!) and he is amazingly talented, as is the rest of his band members. Check them out sometime at one of the many local venues they play!
