Diane and Lorren called me just after they got engaged–and only two weeks prior to the date they set for their destination wedding in Vermont. The couple had been together for 20 years, and they finally decided it was time to make “legal women” out of them!
So, off they came from New Jersey to Vermont, skis in hand, for a romantic getaway to the Castle Hill Resort and Spa in Ludlow–and a lovely wedding, just for two! And, on a bright and sunny Monday afternoon, February 22, 2010, these two fabulous women were joined in holy (and legal) matrimony. Their ceremony included a little of Diane’s Greek ancestry (they were joined together with crowns) and a little of Lorren’s Jewish background (Diane broke a glass at the end of the service) and I was there to preserve all of these moments in pixels…..
